We have what we think is one of the coolest return policies in the business!

Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase. It must be in unused condition with original box and all packing materials. If items have been registered it is disqualified for return. Microphones, Headphones, Earphones and Computer items are not returnable. They can only be exchanged in 7 days for being defective. Consignment and Final Sale items can not be returned.

Items that arrive with shipping damage, we ask that you contact us immediately before doing anything, so that we can get a proper shipping damage claim filed before the item is picked up by the carrier and returned to us.
